Lorem Ipsum is simply dummy text of the printing and typesetting industry. Lorem Ipsum has been the industry’s standard dummy text ever since the 1500s, when an unknown printer took a galley of type and scrambled it to make a type specimen book. It has survived not only five centuries, but also the leap into electronic typesetting, remaining essentially unchanged. It was popularised in the 1960s with the release of Letraset sheets containing Lorem Ipsum passages, and more recently with desktop publishing software like Aldus PageMaker including versions of Lorem Ipsum.
Dan has a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Ohio State University. He has worked in the aerospace industry and as a patent examiner for the United States Patent and Trademark Office. Since 2013, Dan has succeeded in the real estate industry as an agent and development consultant, specializing in commercial and residential properties.
With this background and expertise, he recognized a real need for advanced sanitization services across all industries. In January 2020, he and his business partner, Tony Choi, started The Germ Busting Company to fulfill those needs and provide top quality sanitation services for communities and companies, notably the real estate industry.
